Cruz Cajon PRO PERFORMANCE
Cruz Cajon Pro performance is pure performance & quality. Produces an exceptionally beautiful, resonant sound at an extremely reasonable price. It has beautiful tone, with a neat separation between the highs and lows, and unlike other cajons in this price range, which lack a lot of low end, it has a surprisingly deep and powerful bass that delivers a mega punch. Crisp, full-range snare sound that can be adjusted to your own personal preference with our unique string-tuning system. Punchy bass with a deep resonance.
The Pro Performance is similar to the Pro but has 4 tunable strings for a 100% more snare sound variety, featuring a 2 way unique tuning system with 2 dedicated tuning knobs for individual tuning of each side of the cajon as you play. This provides a more personalised precision and control over the snare sounds.
It is pure joy & excitement to play the Pro Performance, with ease of playability, rich tone and seperation of the snares and bass. It is effortless to achieve an amazing sound with this cajon, even for total beginners.

CRUZ CAJON
Cruz Cajon is Heidi Joubert’s unique brand of outstanding cajons. Developed and designed by Heidi Joubert for the optimum playing experience. Each Cruz Cajon is delicately handcrafted to perfection in Spain with passion & love by our experienced artesan who takes pride in delivering outstanding professional instruments. Handmade with the finest birchwood, using only the highest quality wood and materials for a perfect sounding cajon with a rich resonance & beautiful finish.
The making of the Cruz Cajon & quality control
After the handcrafting process, each cajon is finely tuned and then taken through a rigorous testing phase, approved by our professional cajon team to ensure it matches the highest possible standard.
Excellent for your posture, playability & developing a good technique
The sound quality is superb and so is the playing action, with an extremely fast rebound action that makes it effortless to play. The bass “sweet spot” is situated as high as possible, just below the “snare” to encourage & retain a healthy posture, as well as developing the correct technique as you play the cajon. It has a rageously loud bass with a beautiful resonance & a neat, crisp attack on the highs with a distinct separation between the snare and bass sounds. Fabulous for acoustic playing, miced-up playing and recording! It is really almost effortless to get a great sound out of the cruz cajon!

Every order makes a difference
Whatever you order on this webshop helps me keep spreading the cajon across the world and enables the work I consider most important: regular charity work through music and the cajon, working with different organisations.
It also helps me build towards my vision and dream: the iKamoya Foundation — a charity I am in the process of setting up, aiming to help children and families living in the most poverty-stricken conditions. iKamoya is not a formalised foundation yet, but it is on the way — and every single order helps build towards it.

Had a chance to play the new Cajon last night in a community drum circle I lead….I love that I can tune the snare and the sound is wonderful. Can’t wait to use it in my next Soul Circle event….a mix of a community drum circle w/ Christian music to play along… http://www.azyogabeats.com/drum-stuff

I wasn’t sure if I needed one of these but after getting it, I can confirm that I did need one. It’s great fun!
I’m a guitarist and got it to help with compas. It also doubles as a beautiful stool for playing guitar on.
If you have learned from Heidi’s online lessons, then give her the support that she deserves and get one! (also get the album from Fernando’s Kitchen cos it’s awesome!)
Thanks Heidi. best wishes, Daniel
Now, back to the cajon….
