Thank you for your interest in private coaching with Heidi Joubert. Please read the following information carefully before booking your session.

🔹 Limited Availability

Heidi only accepts a small number of private students to ensure personalized, high-quality instruction. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

🔹 Who Can Join?

All levels and ages are welcome! Whether you’re a complete beginner, a professional musician, or returning to music after a break, Heidi will meet you where you are and help you grow.

🔹 How It Works

• Platform: All lessons are conducted via Zoom with both video and audio.

• Recordings: You are welcome to record your session for personal use, such as review and practice.

• Sessions are either 40min or 60 mins long, you can book a block of 4 sessions for a discount

• Tailored Coaching: Lessons are personalized to suit your goals and skill level. Focus areas can include:

  • Technique & groove

  • Musicality & sound development

  • Specific styles or songs

  • Performance preparation

• Lesson Frequency: Weekly or monthly sessions are recommended for consistent growth and to secure your ongoing spot.

🔹 Booking & Scheduling

• Book your lesson(s) online.

• Within 7 days of booking, Heidi will contact you by email to arrange the exact date and time of your session.

• Preferred teaching days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, though other days may sometimes be available.

• If no mutually convenient time can be arranged, you’ll receive a full refund.

🔹 Session Validity

• All booked sessions must be used within 3 months of the original booking date.

🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Once a session time is set, rescheduling requires at least 7 days’ notice.

• No-shows or cancellations with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable.

• Heidi values flexibility and will work with you when possible to accommodate unforeseen changes.

🔹 Instructor Policies

• Heidi reserves the right to cancel or refund any session, with advance notice, for any reason.

• In rare cases where the teaching relationship isn’t a good fit, Heidi may discontinue lessons at her discretion.

🎵 Discounted 4-Session Packages

• 4 x 40-minute sessions – €170 (Save €30)

• 4 x 60-minute sessions – €230 (Save €50)
