Shipping Rates

We ship worldwide from the EU with trusted couriers. Every cajon travels fully insured and tracked, in its own protective box.

How shipping is calculated in your basket:

• Every instrument travels in its own protective box, so each cajon in your order is charged its own shipping.
• Small items — CDs, vinyl and small accessories — ship FREE when ordered together with an instrument or a padded bag: they travel inside the same parcel.
• The padded bag ships free together with a full-size cajon (it wraps around it). Ordered with a Travel, Bongo or Mini cajon — or on its own — it is charged separately, as those don't fit inside it.
• Your basket and checkout always show one single shipping price for your country — no guesswork.

Shipping prices for Germany and the EU include VAT. Prices for the UK, USA, Canada and the rest of the world do not include VAT, and customs or import duties may be charged by your country — these are the buyer's responsibility.

Typical delivery times after dispatch: Germany 1–3 days, EU 2–5 days, UK and USA 2–5 days, elsewhere roughly 4–10 days. These times apply from dispatch — please note we only post cajons once a week. Times can vary in peak periods and do not include customs processing.
