Cajón Workshop No. 3 with Heidi Joubert (“Queen of Cajón”)
Discover the rhythm within you in this inspiring and high-energy 3-hour cajón workshop with internationally renowned percussionist Heidi Joubert.
This is the third workshop in the North Rhine-Westphalia area, following two sessions in Moers. The exact venue is still being confirmed, and everyone who books gets the address by e-mail well before the day, so there is no need to wait for that to book your place.
Completely new to the cajón? You are very welcome. Whatever your experience, you will be playing your first grooves the same afternoon, no catching up needed beforehand.
What you’ll experience:
- A friendly grounding in posture, hand technique, and the essential cajón sounds
- New grooves and rhythms to take your playing further
- Join a dynamic drum circle and jam with the group
- Explore musical breaks and creative expression
- Connect with others through rhythm, movement, and play
