My launch demo of the EC10 cajon by Roland at NAMM 2016 was so successful that it won the NAMM award for best show 2016!
What an honour to be part of the Roland family and to be the first to demo and introduce the world to the first worldwide Electronic cajon!

Hello! I suggest you return it to the shop where you bought it, they should resolve this issue. Unfortunately I do not work for Roland sales department, I only do freelance Demo work for them occasionally so I cannot help you with it, but you should be able to return it to the shop you bought it from if it is faulty. I hope you get right with it!
